Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We are in the final stages of our fulfillment center move.  Email notifications regarding shipping may be delayed. Rest assured, if you get an email order confirmation, your order is on it's way. Thank you for your patience.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer (e.g. free shipping for orders over $75). For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table.

International Shipping

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Classical Academic Press is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Canada: We currently work with two distributors in Canada. Tree of Life School & Book Service is located in New Brunswick and Classical Education Books is located in British Columbia.

International: Book Depository carries a variety of our titles and ships free internationally.

Once your items have left a carrier in the United States, we are unable to expedite the order

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@classicalsubjects.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
